02.01.2008. InvoDesign’s new Client Area provides a secure area where clients can ask questions, request technical support, download documents, and view account details and past invoices.

The new Client Area provides 24/7 technical support so questions and problems can be addressed in a timely fashion. In addition, invoices can be viewed and downloaded (.pdf). Clients can view their current services and even check the performance of our servers. If a problem does arise and a support ticket is opened, we have technicians working around-the-clock to fix these issues.
